App is lacking and Information on website is misleading when it comes to cancellation, as a result I was charged again even though my subscription had ended. Customer service is poor, although they responded. They failed to address my issue and instead gave me very generic answers. Disappointing
New year challenge is amazing
I joined for the 8 week new year programme after following Stefanie for years and I absolutely love it! I wish I joined sooner and can’t wait for the Netflix programme! It’s so easy to follow and I know exactly what to do in the gym 🙏🏻
The idea is good but needs so changes
I follow Stef on her social media and the idea behind the app is wonderful. She tried to make it really simple so everyone could follow it however, there are some minor things that should be change so they make your experience better.
The workout programmes:
They are good for beginners and intermediates
There is a part where you can find exercises alternatives but not many, however you can write to her on insta and she will reply, I don’t know how she does it but she is there.
When you click start workout the exercises are in a certain order that you cannot change so if you are using one of the apparatus you will need to leave it and come back to it for the next series, not good when you are in a busy gym. I think she should change this in the app so we can do the exercises as we can. The app does it so you can record the series and the weigh but I have to use my notes app on the phone as the app doesn’t allow me to go back to an exercise…so at the end of the workout I need to play the start workout and record the weight by looking at my notes… not convenient and I really hope they change this.
On this note, the videos of her doing the exercises are amazing, I love to be able to see if I’m doing it right or not.
The meals are good, but there are only 7 days per plan and the recipes repeat themselves from one plan to the other. I know that Stefanie likes to eat the same all the time, and I’m a bit like that, but there might be people who would like a bit of change.
To summarise, I got the app on sales but I don’t think it is worth how expensive it is. I probably won’t buy again, unless it improves a lot.

I love the app and use it all the time but when a new plan comes out you have to update the app and it takes forever to have an update which is really annoying other than that I love the app
No free trial and misleading timing for workouts
Paid £9.99 because there was no free trial which is disappointing. After scanning the workouts they show as 30 mins but looking at the number of exercises and sets there’s absolutely no way these would take 30 mins, more like 1hour 30. Hopefully I can find some shorter workouts as this is too long for me.
Really great workouts, needs some more UX testing
Love the workouts and use this app frequently.
The content is brilliant. I have grown so much physically and in my gym confidence using it. I’m giving a good rating for that and hope that feedback on the app tech helps with future iterations.
* When doing a workout sometimes the app refreshes in the background losing where you are. I then have to click through a bunch of exercises to get back to my place. A better design would allow workout to be rejoined at specific exercises or pick up where you left off.
* Similarly you can’t see what is ahead on rests etc.
* When clicking through the exercises the 2 minute rest comes up even if you have already completed it. This feels clunky. A skip rest button could help.
* It’s really glitchy and keeps logging you out when you have poor WiFi connection or signal.
* I would appreciate more info about the exercises, cues, tips on form that could be read and reflected on in the rest periods.
* Cant work out how to view exercise rep and weight history to track progress.

Love this app, it has everything you need for your goals. A few tweaks needed but nothing major like *a few seconds grace between sets as I find myself rushing
* maybe move the counter so you can see how to do the correct form and maybe an indicator to see what your next move is going to be other than that it’s everything I want.

In the past, i’ve tried using free workouts on Youtube and i’ve also previously been subscribed to a different workout app, but i’ve never been able to keep exercising consistently until I came across this one. I actually feel like i’ve accomplished something after every workout and can see quick progress. 100% recommend! The only thing I would suggest is adding a 5 second gap, or something, in between exercises so that I can grab my equipment without eating into the 30 second countdown.
