Additionally the app features an oscillator, a sleep timer, and background audio. The oscillator control slowly pulses the volume of the track, enhancing the soothing effects. The sleep timer will stop the audio after a selected time. This feature doesn't have to be used to fall asleep. It is also a great solution for getting some YOU time during yoga, meditation, or simply relaxing. The background audio feature allows you to leave the app while the sounds continue to play. You can use the universal audio controls to start and stop the audio from anywhere on your device.

Zen is the best !!!
This app is absolutely amazing, I used to have massive problems getting to sleep, but now if I’m feeling restless, I put a sound on to relax (usually Zen 🤗) Also love that you can set a timer too, so it doesn’t run all night and use all my battery 👍 Top notch developer 😃

Decent selection of relaxing sound tracks that don’t sound repetitive. Timer function is great for bedtime.
I’d like to request a Japanese garden stream track with the shishi odoshi (bamboo sounds). It’s so hard to find. Would pay for that track alone!

Discovered this app whilst looking for something to help me fall asleep and viola! I play this on a Bluetooth speaker in my bedroom when I’m in bed. Timer option makes it perfect. Good one!
