Really bad home delivery service
The home delivery service is the absolute worst. There’s no means to contact them. Just overall the most disappointing experience I’ve had in a delivery app in my life.

I have given order payment done by UPI But received msg as a fraud now I’m helpless please don’t download this app
Absolutely downgraded app experience. Cant clear payment page . Doesnt let you move forward . Stuck forever.
The only time I ordered something, it turned out to be WAY past its expiry date. I had ordered some nori sheets, soon as I opened them they REEKED OF FUNGUS. Imagine if I’d eaten it 🤡 horribly irresponsible natures basket, will never order anything again
The delivery time can be improved drastically. They are far behind their immediate competitors in terms of delivery time. They also have issues with items availability. For the 2 orders I have received a call that one or two items from my order are not available.
I have never encountered unprofessional service like this store. They do not accept order on time till you escalate & it’s over priced.
Items shown as available on the app are informed as unavailable 4 hours after placing the order. 2 out of 3 items were informed as unavailable that too over a call with no clarity on refund. There is nothing indicated on the app for refund post the call so now I have to follow up for my money. If items are unavailable why should they collect payments for these items and why should the refund not be instantaneous. Better to look at their competitors for online purchases.
Dear Nature Basket , I am a proud vegetarian who believes in not hurting anyone with 5 senses to satisfy my one sense of taste. Please ensure your app does not send me any notification for non vegetarian items including egg. You should know your customer. Thanks
The new app is good
Surely they can have a more efficient way to make payments. In more than 1 occasion the app has not responded while making payments and one has to keep reordering.
