After I put in a replacement solar generator, I use the new Bluetooth that came with the generator I deleted, The old app off my phone installed the app again. But the old serial number keeps coming up, and I am unable to edit the serial number even when you go on the right hand corner and put in the new serial number, it only changes the name of the generator not the actual serial number, so intern you have no real time analytical data on what’s going on with your generator they need to put a fix in this so that you can get real time data. I’ve installed it and deleted it six times but I keep having the same problem, so the only thing you can do is look at the original screen on real time. What’s going on? You have no analytical data from the past because it’ll just keep coming up no data, Natures Generator , please fix your app. I’m gonna keep this as a one star until there’s a fix. I believe the Bluetooth should be universal and it should automatically change to the new serial number once you install a new generator because it doesn’t even make sense using this app.
Outside of the product which I won’t review here the app for said natures elite generator is like the product, complete rubbish. Every couple of months it just decides it’s not going to synchronize data and that sometimes lasts for a couple of months and then out of the blue one day it’ll connect and sync but why… only the lord knows… the people who make this app clearly don’t. When you contact Natures… they give you the run around any fifth graders could when it comes to troubleshooting. Have you restarted your phone, the app, have you reinstalled, have you stood on your head, did you sacrifice a chicken…? Your app needs COMPLETE revision… funny in them more than a year. I’ve on this product. There’s never been one update. Fix it… or I won’t by an add on pod, the windmill or anything else if you can’t even get the app right… that’s to much of a gamble purchasing anything else given your track record. I truly hope one day you fix this app so I can give you a better review but until then I wish I could give you zero stars cause even one is one to many!
Will return this $1,500 crap to the store, the App is one of the reasons why. C’mon App developers, make it work!
App detects dongle, but data never finishes synchronizing, so in other words, it doesn’t work (I’m using an iPhone ProMax 11). I do like the other online features though.
When will you guys finally keep it so I can synchronized and see if my usage history?
The usb key will only work on the initial setup. After that it will freeze at about 15%. Read the other reviews, this is a popular complaint. Better off returning the generator as the developers don't care. Btw nature's generator will make you pay the expensive shipping fees. GL!
I got the app to sync and then had two iOS updates. Up to 14.7.1 Now the app starts to sync and hangs at different percentages. Would be great if there was a module you could plug in directly to the generator and do away with the app all together. 1 Natures Generator Elite, 7 Power pods elite, 2400 watts solar (300 each unit) and two wind turbines tied to 6 circuit transfer switch. So far a great rig just could use better monitoring. JD Phoenix AZ
App struggles to connect with the USB key and must be manually reconnected every time your screen turns off. It’s frustrating and very inefficient. The actual unit is even worse. It’s totally underwhelming. Even very small loads kill the batteries quickly. Do yourself a favor and do some research and then buy something else. I’m stuck with mine.
The app was connected the first time. After that I can’t connect. Please, update the app of the Nature’s pulse. It’s not working.
