Fallos
Buenos días, desde que habéis hecho cambios en la app, no funciona correctamente. No permite entrar en mis productos. Y en las listas, cuando sí podía entrar, si clico sobre un producto no lo abre. Antes borrar productos era mucho más fácil, bastaba con deslizar el dedo hacia la izquierda. Tampoco funciona bien cuando quiero añadir más cantidad. Espero que se soluciene, porque ahora no se puede usar. Gracias
Estafa, no permite hacer devoluciones.
Desde la app es imposible hacer una devolución, el enlace para sacar las etiquetas no funciona, si quieres mandar un mail no existe la opción de la devolución entre los temas que ellos te dan, y por teléfono te dejan en espera con la musiquita y al minuto te cuelgan porque dicen que están todos ocupados. No exagero, entre ayer y hoy he llamado 20 veces. Ahora tengo que quedarme con un producto que no puedo consumir cuando solo quería una devolución para comprar el otro en la misma app. Para la venta todo perfecto, para el resto un desastre y una decepción enorme. Dudo que repita y eso que soy cliente habitual, pero ea que encima hay webs mas económicas por lo que he visto. Una pena.

Empresa de transporte SEUR
La empresa de transporte no te deja los productos en casa. Pagas para que te llegue a casa, dicen que estás ausente y no es cierto, y desde el primer momento lo dejan en un punto de entrega de SEUR que puede estar lejos de tu casa y si el paquete pesa y después de haber pagado esto es una práctica horrible. Cero a SEUR y a NATURITAS
Bastante más caro que en herboristería
Qué decepción cuando vi que el BALANTIUM HIPERMONIUM RETARD estaba 5 euros la caja más cara que en dos de las herboristerías de mi ciudad. He perdido la confianza en NATURITAS. Parece que hacen ofertas y luego es que tienen los precios altísimos.
