Poor app , haven’t been gamble to update for months and nearly impossible to update firmware or safety cameras. Camera ok but app terrible… Have installed and reinstalled so many times that I gave up
Having problems getting connected
I couldn’t wait to finally purchase this front/back camera for my new car. Unfortunately when I needed to evidentially use the camera, my footage wasn’t saved. When I looked at previous footages, the quality is AWFUL! I’ve previous owned a NavMan, it was great for 4 years, unfortunately, this is product is something I’ll toss away. The picture is blue, wabbles like crazy, cannot see the licence plates infront of you and the worst thing, THE APP DOESNT WORK. I try to go into live view, gallery and nothing. I had to go to this app on the App Store to look at the reviews to see what to do. Turns out that I needed to turn off Bluetooth and turn off mobile data for it to work. Shouldn’t be that hard. Navman, I am so disappointed with this product and application. It’s not a cheap product, so you would think you would be getting a good product for the price of what it is. Sad I’ll be going to another company as this one has let me down. Thank god I kept my receipt to get a refund. 1/5 stars
This app will not connect . I can’t even get past the wifi stage. What the hell?
I have an IPhone 13 and I am unable to use this app with my phone. Navman have released an update but either Mitac or Apple have not included this update. Why?
Have been waiting a very long time for app update so I can use it. I can’t search a destination and send to device. Too hard doing it on the device. Had many replies from Navman saying update coming but then so is Xmas. Not happy
Have had Navman truck for a approximately 3yrs , and until around 12 months ago it never missed a beat, now in the last 12 months the app is not working, it will not search for a destination correctly, last time this happened I was told it was just me having the problem then finally they agreed it was not just me it was an app problem again , it has now been approximately 3 months and it is still not fixed, I phone up and get told we are still looking in to the problem, really Navman you sell a product and you are not providing a good enough service, fix this problem, looks like I might have to throw this out and actually get a gps that will actually work how it should, very poor customer service, not kept in the loop on progress or anything
Can’t get it to connect, nothing happens. I’ve selected my device, (9 series (900DC)) nothing happens. Now I have to ring support as I can’t find any help.
This app does not down load videos on an iPhone 13, IOS17.3. Tried the Mio MiVue Pro app on an off chance and no problems downloading video to my phone. Seems like the Navman app has a bug
