Not able to download map
Hi When I am trying to download the Map if desirable country it says server not found and stop downloading. Could you please help ?

Double payment
Purchased the add free version and the Steven Fry voice in 2013. I stopped using the app for a while so needed to reactive those purchases when I started using it again. When I did this I was billed again. I managed to get the add free version charge reversed but have been refused the refund for the Steven Fry voice with no explanation.? Doesn’t seem fair does it?
Weak app and no support at all.
Bad scaling for iPhone 11. Fonts are behind iPhone top and bottom icons. Support has never ever replied to any emails. Purchased items are not carries across after update.
Latest update issue
I’ve used this app for years in uk, australasia and Europe. It’s been great and I would rate it 4.5 stars, but this latest update seems to be a screw-up. I’ve re-downloaded the maps of australasia and Europe without problem, but try and download the uk maps and there is nothing. It says the uk map is version 0.0.0.0 which is a bit ominous! As uk is the main reason I have this app, it is now rendered almost useless. Please fix it ASAP

NAVFREE GPS
Thank you for this great free app. Yes, occasionally there is the odd glitch, but we just navigated up and down the UK utterly successfully - I need to learn how to use the mapping tool to help fix those glitches. Very easy to use.
