Demand for transparent, provably fair algorithm

Dear NBA Mobile Team (EA)! The following event has occured today: I was playing the Thanksgiving event, as you know for the rewards there is a promised 40% chance of getting a 78ovr event player and a 15% chance of getting a 81ovr event player. A player has 10 chances to play this event (if both sides are unlocked) every 12 hours. I played the 10 events today, and did NOT get a single event player. The probability of NOT getting an event player is 51% (chance of getting at least one of the favourable outcomes is 49% AuB). So that, if you do not get a single event player the probability out of 10 outcomes is 0.51^10 That is 0.11% Translates to 1.1 occasions out of 1000 ! I would like to think that I am very unlucky (or lucky if you like math) if the same thing had not happened yesterday, only with 9 occasions in a row (that is 0.51^9 = 0.23% CHANCE) That is highly unlikely to ever happen if the algorithm is fair. I call immedaitely for clarification regarding the matter !

This game is an interesting one… I have played with older versions, deleted the game for a while because I was fed up, then a redownloaded it. Why? Let’s just say that this game is far from perfect and usually it’s too annoying. In my opinion it’s pretty hard to get the real good cards. You’d have to grind for 6 days straight to get the grand masters or what they’re ususally called… But you wouldn’t be abel to do that, beacuse you would run out ot stamina, the soul of the game. And this is where the usual EA standards hit you in the face and you are kindly being introduced to the harsh world of EA (and generally mobile games) microtransactions. They are of course not necesarry, but you know the deal… you could call it pay2win. Gameplay has been pretty much the same for 5 years, still bad, only the menu (occasionally) and the cards are updated by every season, it doesn’t change much at all and the rosters are by no means up to date (the gameplay is super frustrating sometimes, trust me). Overall, this game is the most “I mean it’s alright” game, BUT only because there is NO competiton for EA in the basketball mobile game genre. Sad…

I love the game but I have a problem. Some reason the game has no sound in the game! I tried reinstall but norjing changed pls fix it😁

.....throw the same cards straight! and you just can't use the same card on the bench. if you buy for money you still suck at the rate that is indestructible. at least the same cards could be sold at auction so that the same ones can be used by others. there should also be some opportunity to develop the characters of the old challenges ... only if you spend a lot then otherwise wasted time ...

Can’t trade players to elite tokens

I can’t turn 12 elite players to 2 elite tokens. It happened once but I can’t do any other for a reason, but I have like 40-50 players to trade... Please check it out and fix it. Thanks
