Not user friendly
Not smart security arrangements, too many steps to reach one transaction.
Really bad application
As a technical support and networking professional i am trying to register and login since 3 month with many times to try to success but unfortunately i didn’t success, its heavy information application with heavy steps to do any thing , the bank do not know anything about how is the applications work simply in the simple ways, GUYS CONSULT PROFESSIONALS NOT AMATEURS DONT BE STINGY TO PAY WELL FOR THE APPLICATION YOU ARE THE LARGEST BANK IN EGYPT SHAME ON YOU

The application doesn’t open on my iPhone or even got the option to update.

Terrible app
This app is worthless. It often breaks down. The user interface is so basic, it feels like someone just learned coding! Now it will not even load. What’s the point of having an app?
Subpar- Get rid of your developers
Horrible app. It was made by children probably. Can the team look at other foreign reputable banks like CITI, Chase, and Wells Fargo, to learn something?
