Hi team, after recent instruction from online banking to reinstall the app. It is not even logging in. Can someone from i.t department look into this.

Unfortunately useless app only for checking the amount without any services.

It is 2024 now and is it very difficult to design an App that is smooth and safe? This app is like from 90s, old, slow and not error comes all the time.
