I don’t know why I’m getting charged for sending money abroad more than 5kd now as that was never before so I’m not happy for this

App crashes with latest update

I could access the app up until this last update. Now it crashes before I can even open it. Please fix this ASAP. People need access to their accounts during quarantine.

Additional information box !

Very good. Just one little thing, please add a box for “additional information” to be used when making transfers between own accounts. I really think this “box” is a must ! Currently, I am frequently logging to online on the website just for this “box” !!! Thank you

We have face recognition and Touch ID available, which is very secure on its own, why the hell would you change the login process to include more questions and writing. App developers try to make it easier and faster, while you fall back with every update.

Password

When users don’t log in for two months the security system requires a new password in order to access the account, this system should be removed or be optional for users who want this option. Again I find this adding to the complexity of the app and not being user friendly.

Almost Perfect NBK !

This version is the best till now it runs better than before , finally they fixed some bugs and crashes , I like that it supports apple watch and it runs fine execpt it's a bit slow . Why Four stars ?. I think they should get a new design for the app and support touch ID , If they done that it will be the best banking app i've ever used. --------- The review above was for the previous version and now u updated the interface and supported touch-id . This is the kind of Bank you want to stick with ( you listen well ) i appreciate the team effort for the customer satisfication and making Online banking much better. Thanks again team NBK
