Terrible, with there was 0 stars option
My account gets locked over night literally twice a month for no reason. It’s when I’m not even trying to login and they lock my account. I wake up to an email that my ID is disabled. I then HAVE TO call a “password agent” (nicest people ever by the way) so to unlock my account. I want to switch banks but I know it’s going to be a headache. Just wish NBTC would fix online banking.
