Semplice ed intuitiva
Dopo circa sei mesi di utilizzo accanito posso dire che lmi sento estremamente soddisfatto per il suo funzionamento. Risponde molto bene su Roma e Milano con autisti molto in regola con le aspettative.
Truffa
Mi hanno prelevato i soldi senza però darmi ne conferma ne tracciabilitè dell’autista pagato, una truffa nel vero senso della parola e nemmeno rispondono alle email
Non funziona nulla
Non c’è proprio verso di farla funzionare. Dopo una registrazione alquanto complessa, dove peraltro si possono impostare password troppo facili da indovinare - ho provato con pwd di 35 caratteri con simboli e numeri e non le accetta - l’app si blocca alla definizione del percorso DA A e non c’è verso di farla funzionare. Dopo 15 minuti si attesa in 4G+ e Wifi a tutta forza non si schioda… Peccato
PESSIMA APP, NON USATELA!
Ho scaricato l’app e mi son registrata. Tappando su “Cerca” il sistema mi ha direttamente addebitato 76 EURO sul conto, senza preavviso e senza che il taxi venisse chiamato/trovato! Dopo dieci minuti ho annullato la ricerca poiché l’app non trovava nessuno. Il giorno dopo ho scritto all’assistenza per chiedere un rimborso ma dopo aver mandato delle foto che attestano l’effettivo addebito sul mio conto…beh sono SPARITI. Foto che tra l’altro hanno chiesto loro. Il gentilissimo signor Marco infatti temeva addirittura di essere stato poco chiaro: “forse non sono stato chiaro, noi non le abbiamo addebitato proprio nulla”. Beh caro Marco a me non risulta, perché sul conto mi trovo 76€ in meno ed il fatto che voi siate spariti mi fa proprio pensare che siate loschi. Ma non vi vergognate? Almeno abbiate la decenza di rispondere. VERGOGNOSI.
