After seeing the low stars, I decided to read over the reviews, only to find that most were 2-5 years old. Much of the feedback has long since been resolved. All transactions are now easily handled through the app with great ease. It’s apparent that the developers have listened and acted on previous feedback. Great job guys!

I’ve used this app for the past 3 years to pay my auto insurance premiums and download my proof of insurance. I use Face ID to log into my account. I haven’t had any issues. After reading 5 year old reviews, I wanted to write a current (Aug 2024) review. The app has been very helpful for me.

Constant failure logging in. Might get logged in after 10 or more attempts.

This app is cumbersome to log into. You have to type in everything each time. No Face ID, doesn’t even remember your username/email. Functionality however is good.

worst app in the history of apps. so tired of migrating, logging in unsuccessfully. really need yo do a lot of work!

EVERY single month, I try to log in to pay my bill. EVERY single month, it says my password is incorrect and I have to change it. So frustrating.

The developers for this app managed to accomplish the rare feat of downgrading while attempting to upgrade. How? No Face ID, for some odd reason won’t save password login info like almost all other apps. This ‘app’ is nothing more than a link to FB’s mobile webpage I suspect. Farm Bureau should fire their developers and ask for their money back.

As a developer, I would rate this even lower, is possible. App keeps having an error message and freezes on that screen with two text boxes and a button that have no labels. App will not navigate elsewhere and it has to be closed to try again. One screen shows policy overview, next screen says no policy found, then error

The previous app was just ok. This one is terrible. First, no face id or ability to save user ID. Very slow no matter my wifi or cell signal. Not a fan!

Need to add Face ID login asap.
