The UX and the design of the app is terrible. It looks like a quick cheap mock up, while the price is very high for this kind of app. I’ll save you some time to not go read the very small lines of their “ money back guarantee” policy, that despite the name, is not for guaranteed at all. They only will refund you if you can prove that you try the app for 7 days. Never heard of such a poor customer service.

J’ai essayé cette appli par curiosité, et finalement, elle me recommande des chaussures pour pieds plats, alors que j’ai les pieds creux. Sur un sujet délicat que les pieds, pour un sportif, je recommande de ne pas se fier aux résultats de l’AI.

Sad to pay for health diagnostic but cool app

I subscribed to this as I was keen to try it, but my foot doctor advised me against it as I have very particular feet problems, so fair enough, I thought I would just cancel it. Nowhere on the app or website does it give the option of cancelling it, and despite my emailing for assistance in cancelling a few weeks ago, I never heard back and have just been charged another $29 for something I cannot use. I have now emailed again asking for immediate assistance in cancelling, and really hope I am heard this time. I will not subscribe to an app ever again without first ensuring that it provides an easy way to cancel the subscription if desired. My mistake, but a costly one, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this app for that reason.

It shows only one side ( right or left). If it shows both side might be more convenient and it will not pause the video

Has all the movements that you can feel fully stretched

This app is a scam. They will debut 19.50 weekly after the first 11.50 that is supposed to be enough. And they have no customer service to manage the subscription. Beware. There are some exercises but nothing tailored.

I like that the videos are short and effective exercises

They keep charging you even if you cancel the subscription on your iphone - it’s two different set ups - very confusing. The app is useless.

Tried to get in to my account through the app and was unable to, to set up account in app they send a link but link only took me to billing information. Very expensive and disappointing. Had a hard time cancelling.
