NEB fixed all the issues i had in the older version. Nice work!
If you're like our lab, and not everyone has the catalogue, then this app is great. When you can't find your catalogue because someone "borrowed" it... again... just pull out the app! Downsides are it's obviously not going to be as in depth as the catalogue or full online resources, but it's a quick reference guide. It's also only with the new buffers now, so if you're stocked up on buffers 1-4 then go ahead and grab the catalogue.
Put the old buffers back!! At this moment, since we have a lot of stock of old buffers, this app is useless. This is unfortunate because this app has become my best partner :)
I found the app to be very useful and was perfect to quickly look up the info I needed. An iPad version would be nice though, but a great app regardless. I'd also love to see more information that can be found in the catalog/manual.
Great idea, but it takes so long to scroll to each enzyme in the double digest- you are better off looking it up online. Same thing with the enzyme info, you can find the info in the catalog faster! This app needs the ability to type in the enzyme names to be useful in lab.
Keep crashing in iOS 5. No problem in iOS 4 though. Also if the app icon can be upgraded to retina display quality, it will be great. Right now the high-res icon is only visible in AppStore and during installation, not after it is installed.
Very useful lab tool
Beats flipping through the NEB enzyme catalog by miles.
