The app worked perfectly for me untill It started crashing out of nowhere and now it wont open up

пропали фильтры
несколько лет назад покупала все фильтры, сейчас уже сменила телефон, а половина фильтров пропала 😔 в поддержку не писала, по отзывам походу не отвечают

Добрый день! Я покупала НЕСКОЛЬКО пакетов фильтров. И где они? Почему они снова со звездочкой, будто я их не приобретала. Написала уже с десяток писем на вашу почту. Вы все игнорите.

Support doesn’t reply, filters were bought, but can’t restore them….☹️

Аккаунт старый, телефон новый, фильтры пропали. Поддержка молчит.

Как вернуть оплаченные фильтры?
Вошла в аккаунт с нового телефона и фильтры, которые покупала ранее, теперь недоступны. Написала на почту – ответа нет.
Огорчение
Был одним из любимых приложений, но после обновления больше половины фильтров теперь платные, покупка каждого отдельно не радует, плюс комментарии других, что после покупки их приходится вновь покупать. Удаляю.
Исправьте это
Раньше было любимое приложение , но после того как зашла на новом телефоне в свой старый аккаунт где были куплены фильтры , приложение предлагает купить их вновь , очень жаль , каждый раз оплачивать фильтры купленные не «месяц» не планировала 🤨😕
Хорошое преложение 🤍
Но не хватает бесплатных фильтров (( Можно было бы хоть один ещё добавить 🙏🏻🤍
