Nebula Connect(SmartProjector)

The app is clunky and not very good. I'm not a fan of the mouse feature at all. It doesn't always work.

I love the Nebula Can projector but can you please a 3D mode in the settings on the projector I would really appreciate it if you do

Do not buy this device. If you think you can screen share or even connect a USB to HDMI adapter it doesn’t work.

Laggy, slow, invasive.

I wish Hulu and Disney were supported. These are the main streaming services I use.

Won’t let me login saying my nickname is too long? There’s not even a section to add a nickname just email and password and no place to contact someone

The app was decent, then bam a new update. They made the touch area on the screen larger, making you have to move your fingers further across the screen to select what you desire. But the worst is the volume. For some reason, the projector has two different volume outputs. The remote controls the main volume, but you need the app to control the second volume. So in netflix, if you want to control the volume the remote won’t work, you need the app or to manually touch the projector. So what’s the big deal? Just use the app. Well, after this update the app volume no longer works, its absolutely ridiculous for something at this price point. You aren’t able to lower the volume past 70%, and it takes numerous clicks to adjust the little you can. Not sure who thought of this change, it’s not improved anything but made it more difficult and frustrating for users.

Latest update has made it very glitchy. An extra step to lower the volume, multiple people can’t use the app or it gets glitched, and the worst thing is it somehow gets glitched and I can’t lower the volume past 70%. This app was flawless before the update. Now it’s frustrating.
