毎日このアプリで今日の星座占いを見るのが楽しみでしたが、3日前くらいからその部分だけ中国語で表示されるようになってみれなくなりました。。 改善されてほしい。 I'm Japanese, and some parts are displayed in Chinese. I think this is a bug. I hope it will be improved.

やっぱり使うのやめようと思い直しましたが5400円請求されました。 なんのサービスも受けていませんので詐欺アプリだと思います。 アプリ内のAIも英語のみで話になりません。お金返してください

In my previous review: I have paid a lot of money on Nebula and meanwhile it's usually clunky to use, especially with the ask psychics functions, it still worked so I was okay with it. However, after a few months of not using, I cannot even open the app on iphone anymore. I tried uninstalled and reinstalled several times to no success. One day after that, they fixed the app so now I can use it again, which is honestly a great customer service. The app's content is very therapeutic, however, definitely expensive, and the chat function could definitely improve to get less laggy.

I had a very good experience. All of them are really professional an we got really good advice. It was just too expensive.

オンラインの占い師とチャットしていたはずなのに急にdisconnectされ、課金される瞬間もわからない。フロントエンド側に適切にデータが渡されてない(文字列表示のコードがそのまま)など問題ありまくり。

Scammy website and app. Edit: They’re quick to reply to a bad review on their app, but no one from customer service would get back to me when I’ve emailed them a bunch of times. Their paid natal chart report download link does not work. I was charged for a subscription I didn’t want. They wouldn’t refund me even if I reported it as soon as I was charged. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!

It was used to be super nice, you can check sign compatibilities so easily. Also for your friends. Now you have to force everybody to download the app and register because they make it so hard to use. So much pushing to pay for additional services or chats. I greatly regret to had bought the lifetime plan…. Such a waste of money.
