I’m general I really don’t like merge games. In most cases they don’t require any functioning brain cell, and they just make to merge stuff. Not so with those one. NecroMerger is somehow strategic, and it feels like you have a choice and you can optimize your advancement. Also the pacing is really good, and you get free gems every day just by playing. Highly recommended.
I have been a huge fan of this game for a long time now. I have invested in many events and realize that developers need money to continue so never had an issue with a bit here and there. However recently I switched from google to iPhone and lost my account as it’s not cross system compatible as I was told when I reached out. I’ve reset the games twice after maxing out and was close to doing so a third time. The idea of starting over from scratch breaks my heart. I will truly miss this game.

pretty good even with the shop not being implemented well and the tutorial stops guiding you to the correct early game build path just before you hit a major productivity/questline progress increase, which may incline some to either spend unhealthily or quit
Too much idle not enough playing
TLDR: download it, be patient with the handholding, then decide if the slow progression is satisfying to you unless you love paying money to speed things up. That's it. Pro's: Game design is fun. Catchy music. Lighthearted and familiar in someways due to the merge mechanics and overall retro feel. Cons: Heavy monetization and/or waiting to progress. I can't tell if that's a deliberate move by the devs to slow folks down because there isn't much late game content? Either way, there's a lot going on with premium pay-to-progress currencies and the game isn't compelling enough to really tempt me to spend money on it to move the game along faster. It's a solid mediocre game that could be great if they tightened up the in-game economy a bit more.
Don’t get me wrong their games are quality pixel games for casual players but the pricing in this game as well as their other games is hilarious, 10$ just to remove ads lol not to mention some expensive pay to win skins and purchases even for their events, imagine shedding 10$ (Marvel Snap season pass or League of Legends pass…) just to remove ads, supporting the devs should be fine but when they are not greedy. Other more famous games are half the price of what these devs are asking for one item and to add a cherry on top they don’t care and never listen even for the request to make timely discounts.
