Difficulty setting set up
I have been trying to set up my Nectar card account on the app for a long time, but every time I enter my information, I get error messages. I know Nectar has my information because they email me and send me mail, so I don't understand what the problem is.
Wont work
Wifes been trying for ages, ive been trying for the last couple days and i am having the same problem, just keeps asking to try again in 30 seconds, really annoying as Sainsburys is not worth going to without the Nectar app, as its really expensive without it
I hate being forced to use this
The most frustrating password procedure. Unnecessary private information stored. I’d like to see the nectar card pricing practice outlawed.
.
Applications is didn't work....
Useless App
1 Star is too generous - What’s the point if I can’t even register? Rubbish. Definitely sticking to my Tesco Clubcard.
Amazing!
So quick and easy to use, you know what Nectar points you have at a glance.
Something is broken
Continually getting errors with the app, the website and connecting the two. It’s ridiculous. I was sent a text code, I put that in I get an error. This is a big organisation, this should work.
The online one didn’t work either, check back later was the response.
Passwords
App doesn’t save passwords to Keychain.
The barcode of the card in Apple Wallet is too small to scan on self service tills.
Absolute joke app
Registration keeps failing and is not recognising or verifying the email I have just put in. Pathetic.
App is always a problem!😡
Every time I use the app in Sainsbury’s I get the usual email inviting me to “rub the screen for bonus points” and it never works! So no bonus points at all. Go to the app itself and there's ALWAYS a fault they are trying to fix, ie: “can’t update due to a fault”, “try later” the same fault message I’ve had for the past 6 months!! 😡🤬
