Absolutely insane guidelines and management
I shared my phone number with a customer to help get in contact so he could book a trailer but the admin team fines me $200 for it. It’s a warning but I’m still getting fined? Maybe just ask nicely instead of throwing a huge fine just to make a few bucks. This company is insane. Please, please, please stay away. a) your messaging app is horrible, it doesn’t load, it won’t let you see if they read it, glitches out all the time. b) $32 service charge per rental, per day?? That’s insane. You can’t even profit off the rentals with this kind of charge. To all my people with trailer that want to rent them out, BE AWARE. THIS APP AND COMPANY WILL NOT BE HELPFUL, THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF DAMAGES WHEN SOMEONE MESSES UP. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Rude customer service
I find it crazy this app charges their customers a $200 penalty just for not following the guidelines! This is insane and very greedy! The only thing I did was share my number with a customer of mine because this platform would not work properly! Oh and by the way they charge $24 for each transaction which is not too bad but following these rules of theirs is just too much for me, see ya!
