Help!
I got a replacement iPhone 12 with an iOS of 17.5.1 and now I can't pair my Nelko 21 at all. When I had my other iPhone12 with an iOS of 17.4, less than a month ago,everything with the Nelko app worked fine. I've been back and forth with support people from Nelko and Apple and will continue to do so. I just want to know if any other people are out there experiencing the same problem.
Necessary for printing labels!
The bluetooth connection is stable and the custom editing feature is very useful. The materials are plentiful, with lots of choices for borders, fonts, and icons, and it allows me to print a variety of labels I need easily.
Update vastly reduced printing area.
If I had known, I would’ve skipped the update. As is I would have bought a different brand printer. Half of the label is margin.
Not printing properly
After i did latest software update the printing is not matching the labels, its shifted and wasted most of my labels
Don’t recommend buying this
I hate this stupid printer it kept disconnecting over and over again and it’s so frustrating that I wanted to throw it to the wall
Problem with font size
I have P21 and app worked fine until the last update 2.1.0. The font size becomes too big even with lowest settings and I hardly can fit any text on the label print area, rendering printer unusable. I hope there will be a new update to fix this issue soon.

Large Margins
Why did margins become bigger in last update? meaning less space for printing? I have to change all my templates now. Also Would like features: undo button, duplicate text, duplicate file, see count of labels remaining
