Description

With the neodrives smartConnect app on your iPhone you obtain useful additional functions. The app serves as an information center, which is always at hand. You can record the e-bike and map data of your tour and evaluate them afterwards.
By connecting the iPhone to the sMMI Connect via Bluetooth, a turn-by-turn navigation is displayed on your sMMI Connect. The smartphone can be safely stowed in the pocket.
To run the new version of the app in combination with the sMMI Connect, an update of the sMMI Connect to the latest version is required.
Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
The app is compatible for the neodrives Z15 system (up to model year 2017) and not compatbile to the Z20 sytem (starting from model year 2018).

Das hab ich noch bei keiner App erlebt. Das Telefon verbindet sich via Bluetooth aber die App erkennt die Verbindung nicht. Warum wurde diese Software noch nicht aus dem Shop geschmissen.

Wann kommt endlich eine Version für den Z20 Antrieb. Es ist in der heutigen Zeit ein absolutes Manko und für mich nicht nachvollziehbar. Sehr sehr schade.

Aber es gibt leider immer noch keinerlei Unterstützung für den Z20 Antrieb.

Navigation Entfernt 😡

Vor drei Jahren habe für etwa 30€ die Vollversion gekauft um die Navigation nutzen zu können. Jetzt wurde sie beim letzten Update einfach entfernt… Damit ist das Geld weg, die restliche App hat keinen Mehrwert für mich und kann auch ohne Geld genutzt werden. Werde mich bei Apple beschweren.

Keinerlei Unterstützung für aktuelle Displays

Im Herbst 2021 25 € gezahlt für die Navigation auf dem Fahrraddisply, im Frühjahr 2022 wird die Funktion „rausgeupdated“. Na danke schön! Ohne die Navigation bringt diese App keinen Mehrwert. Und was sagt der sog. Service dazu? Er schickt mir als Antwort praktisch den Wortlaut aus der App-Beschreibung, dass die Funktion entfällt, da der Routing-Anbieter nicht mehr zur Verfügung steht. Wie wäre es denn damit, sich um einen neuen zu bemühen? Oder die Kosten für die App zu erstatten.

Ohne Navi!

Ohne Navi ist die App witzlos, da km Stand etc. auch so im Display des Rades aufgezeichnet werden.

Neue Version keine Unterstützung vom Navi

Damals habe ich extra dieses Display gekauft wegen dem Navi und jetzt wird es einfach nicht mehr angeboten in der neuen Version. Das ist eine absolute Frechheit. Da steckt man Euro rein und einfach keine Unterstützung mehr. Service Wüste Deutschland das geht garnicht. Ich war immer sehr zufrieden mit meinem Z15 Display

Traurig, traurig…

Nach 2 Jahren endlich mal ein Update - und was macht es? Die nicht funktionierende Navigation entfernen… Alber, was soll das??? Wie wäre es mal mit einem echten Update, das z.B. den Z20 hinzufügt, oder die neueren iPhones unterstützt? Sehr blamabel. Leider muss ich einen Stern vergeben. Verdient hat diese App gar keinen.
