The app is far behind competitors, it’s a bit frustrating tbh, however good choice of movies.

This app is terrible. I downloaded it to watch content that wasn’t available on other streaming services and I spend more time trying to log in than I do actually watching TV. It always exits to the login page, even when I’m mid-watch. Trouble logging in almost every time. Glitchy, terrible quality streaming. A lot of bugs need fixing. Not worth the subscription price whatsoever

Click on the app and it won’t even start just a blank screen

Service and app is the WORST of the worst. I had a free trail and didn’t like the app it barely worked. I 100% cancelled my free trial before it ended. Neon kept charging me. I created a ticket for a refund because of this issue and it never got anywhere. I had to do an online message so some ‘senior worker’ who was awful saying I didn’t cancel the free trial when I know I definitely did. All I got was TERRIBLE customer service. Anyone who mentions this company I will warn them about this. Pretty much a scam that’s labelled a “business”.

Great content, HBO etc. it the app is excruciating to use-both the phone app and the smart to app. Genuinely embarrassing in 2023. So slow, so unstable

Where Tf is neon support?

The app won’t open up so I can cancel membership and auto payment and now it won’t let me post this because it’s saying all the nicknames I have chosen are used!

Have been trying to change my password on neon 20 times now and still not changed if you can’t help me then I want to unsubscribe from my account

I’m trying to download on my phone and my iPad and it keep saying that I have reached my download limit for this series but I have no download load. What is going on please
