Baixei o app e acessei com o e-mail da minha empresa pelo Gympass, mas mesmo assim foi debitado do meu cartão o valor do aplicativo. Fiz o cancelamento mas mesmo assim o valor segue em minha conta. Como faço para tirar esse valor já que acessei pelo Gympass e não usei o app?

Instalei o App, mas não consigo utilizar pois o mesmo no chega nem na página inicial. Fica com a tela preta.
