Terrible Customer Service

Functional app but not what I was expecting. I requested a refund via email (only option given) almost immediately after purchasing my subscription. After not receiving a reply several days later, I sent another email. It was since been at least a few more days and still no response. If you're going to purchase a subscription, you better first be absolutely sure.

one of the BEST math apps out there! This helped me so much. I really recommend it to you all. It’s free and easy to use! You either snap a picture and get your answer or type your problem in to get your answer !
