Why am I not able to pair my machine? I’ve watched videos and read the manual. There is no pairing option on this app.

App doesn’t have option for adding the machines

It’s basically a store witch is fine however if your paperwork is telling me I can contact the vertuo then there must be an option to do so

Useless app

Can place an order but cannot pay! Also cannot get the Nespresso promised discount for a first order on the app. Back to the website which I have been using without a problem for many years.

Can’t make payment

This a terrible app, placing my order but can’t open my cart. Semms they never going to fix the problems on this app.

Don’t use the app!

Always order via the website. Installed the app now and tried to make an order. Not full assortment available (while available online via the website) and making the payment is a drama.

Doesn’t seem to have all the products

It doesn’t seem to have all the products available to order, plus I can’t get through to the contact center for help.

Terrible

Why in the world can’t we connect to our machines? The international version allows this but our region does not allow this, terrible! So frustrating and disappointing.

My machine says I must use the app to pair the machine but the option is not available, its just a marketing app, nothing useful here
