First I was disconnected during a transfer 8, yes 8 times. No one speaks clear English and every call each of the 8 people had different answers for my issues.
I’ve had net10 for a super long time, I can’t not complain.. even got a free month for my birthday last year. What other company does that. Thank you Net10 ❤️

I have over 3,000 points that I am unable to spend because there is always an error that pops up. This has gone one for months. Your app developer needs to work more on fixing these little quirks in your app. Also, I regret getting the new SIM card that Net10 has been pushing on its customers. Supposedly a better network, but I have struggled with coverage. Most annoying is when I’m trying to use data for a video streaming app that’s not YouTube, nothing will load. I’m ready to go somewhere else.
