No funciona en IPhone y IPad
En el smart tv funciona perfecto pero en los dispositivos portátiles no abre la aplicación. La pague en dos dispositivos y nunca la puedo usar. Necesito que me solucionen el problema

Hola chicos, hice el pago de 5 euros por mi Samsung Smart TV y no ha funcionado desde entonces, he enviado cantidad de correos para solicitar la devolución del pago y hasta la fecha nadie me ha podido responder, me siento estafado, alguna respuesta al respecto por favor
