Netball Live Official App

I pay for 1 month 14/6/21 . Exp on 14/7/21 but today i can’t watch the full replays matched!. Big whyyy?? Can u do something about this ?!

After few days on paid subscription, viewing from Malaysia, and at my 1st attempt to watch live, by the 2nd match it said the live coverage is not available. When the match done, the app can't open due to no internet connection. All my other devices including my iPad does. What is wrong? Looks like I'm being cheated t pay for a poor unstable app.

In the old app we could search previous years and watch the replays on the games. Where can I find this now?

Put the actual dates of games in instead of today, tomorrow etc.

There should be a way to turn off scores so I can navigate the app without being spoiled the scores

In the previous app I had my scores set to hide. I can’t see where to do this on the new app.

It is very insightful and easy to navigate. The live scores are almost exactly synced and the videos and articles are amazing. This app is sooooo good.

My mobile is with Vodafone, the app doesn’t work on 4G. Every single time I open the app it tells me I’m not connected to the internet! You point me to a link on the Telstra website to lodge my query yet no clear instructions once on the page where to complain/put feedback. The chat function is a bot which is not going to help. It’s simple, fix the app so it works on networks like Vodafone 4G not just Telstra internet!!!

Right now I’m in a death spiral with this app, It won’t let me use it until I upgrade, I upgrade, but the banner telling me to upgrade still won’t go away and so I can’t use the app. Sigh. Example of where this app is not as professional as others. Having said that, otherwise I find it easy enough to use and love that I can watch games whenever I want. A good feature is it enables you to block scores. I do have an issue projecting it to my TV, maybe bandwidth issue rather than app issue tho.
