NetCare Mobile作为华为工程师维护作业活动统一手机端，实现业务流程在线高效流转，致力于持续加强作业可信、提升工程师作业效率。
NetCare Mobile主要提供以下功能：
1、网络操作申请
针对工程师在日常维护中高频的动网申请，可通过引用模板助力工程师一键完成申请。
2、网络操作审批
提供移动审批网络操作能力，工程师能够随时进行作业审批、跟催进展。
3、变更单TD/PM审批
提供移动审批网络变更能力，TD/PM能够随时进行作业审批、跟催进展。
4、统一操作打点
支持网络操作、实施任务、保障任务、主管保障四种类型打点任务，在首页统一入口打点，工程师在操作中，可沿着实施步骤打点，实施进展反馈更方便快捷。
5、高危拦截解锁
工程师在操作过程中，如遇到管道外高危命令拦截，可通过APP一键扫码申请放通。
6、客户授权申请
支持创建网络变更的单次授权，标准化要素，可为工程师节省大量填单时间。
7、服务报告创建
支持变更、巡检两种类型服务报告的便捷创建。
