netfiles OTP (One Time Password – Einmalkennwort) bietet Ihnen zusätzlichen Schutz beim Login zum netfiles Datenraum.
Mit der netfiles OTP-App generieren Sie ein Einmalkennwort, das Sie zusätzlich zu Ihren Zugangsdaten (Benutzernamen/E-Mail und Kennwort), in einem zweiten Schritt beim Login zum netfiles Datenraum eingeben müssen. Nach der Einrichtung können Benutzer Einmalkennwörter auch dann abrufen, wenn keine Netzwerk- oder Mobilfunkverbindung besteht.
Zur Verwendung von netfiles OTP muss Ihr netfiles Administrator die entsprechende Login Verifikation für den Datenraum aktiviert haben. In den persönlichen Einstellungen können netfiles Benutzer OTP auswählen.
