Pas simple du tout

Difficile d’y comprendre quelque chose.. Ça ne fonctionne toujours pas !!!

App payante et en plus désactive le management local

Non seulement il faut s’enregistrer , mais l’appli est payante sinon on ne peut plus gérer ses routeurs et en plus cela empêche la gestion via un navigateur. Aussitôt installée , aussitôt désinstallée

Dommage qu’il y a encore des options payantes

Utilisation et paramétrage pratique. Le seul problème c’est que je comprends pas certaines machines je peux donc je peux pas on dit il faut que je passe sur un abonnement premium alors que avant non je comprends pas

Ne fonctionne pas

L’appli n’a pas trouvé mes deux switchs GS110EMX pourtant connectés au réseau et actifs. De plus, impossible de lire le code barre pour le second. C’est pas du boulot ça…

Durée du portail captif peu modulable

On m’avait promis que je pourrais régler la durée d’affichage du disclaimer sur mon portail captif, je constate que ce n’est pas le cas au delà de 24H… c’est contraignant et ne respecte pas ce que le support technique m’a dit, déçu ! L’application est belle est réactive en tout cas

Pas mal mais impossible de désactiver les leds sur WAX620. Obligé de désactiver insight et de passer en mode local

Vide la batterie super rapidement

L’application m’a pris 17% de la batterie d’un iPhone tout neuf !! Juste pour configurer un routeur déjà existant alors que ça marchait bien sur l’application Orbi précédente. Bref, mauvaise expérience de Netgear, j’éviterai de racheter chez eux.

J’ai 3 routeurs Netgear et 3 applications différentes!! Ce serait plus simple d’avoir une application unique. Impossible de configurer 6pro avec mon portable. Il a fallu que je connecte un pc sur le port ethernet pour la configuration.

L’application ne fonctionne plus

Depuis la dernière mise à jour de l’application impossible de la démarrer.
