Can’t find anyone who recconnect my CCTV to my app after broadband upgrade

Many complaints on here regarding app not working on login, what you must realise is that the ddns provided by this manufacturer was provided free of charge, this does not mean that they should keep the servers going for life. You need to put your hand in your pockets and pay for your own ddns, why expect it all for free. After all its an analogue system so is now obsolete anyway. Select security leeds

Works some of the time but every now and then their dns system fails so users on home broadband with dynamic IP cannot connect. Poorly maintained in my opinion.

Hello Please roll out a new update to rectify your other update which has crashed my app with no stream or connection issues. This has now crashed again and only works on wifi when at home. It no longer connects when away. Thanks.
