I downloaded the app for the iPad and upon first load it presents with a EULA screen. The "Accept" button does nothing. So basically you cannot get past the EULA screen. I deleted the app and re-added and same issue. The iPhone app works fine. The support link here in the App Store just goes to a general FAQ page on the NetSuite site so that is a dead end as well.
Expenses Not Clearing with new update
The expense log is working the way it should, but in the old version, the expenses would clear when they were put on an expense report.
Now the list just grows and grows, and you can not tell what you have reported or not.
Right now it is only 3 months on my log….but bits getting cumbersome already.
In a few months, it will be worthless to try to manage it.
Hopefully it gets fixed soon.
Unreliable
KPI disappeared after last update
Terrible user interface and functionality
I have only used 4 different CRMs
This is not one of them.
I don’t know what people actually use this for.
Account disaster
Inventory disaster
Shipping disaster
Sales disaster
If I could give zero stars I would.
Can’t email
For a mobile app I cannot for the life of me find any way to simply email a quote or a sales order from the app. This is crucial for any salesman that is always out on the road. Something so simple to add.
When creating a quote when adding an item; you also have no search function. I have to scroll through 12,000 part numbers just to add to a quote!! Why isn’t there a search function?? Makes no sense.
No added value
I still have to use the web browser to submit time. The app is cumbersome to use.
Better than QuickBooks
Very easy to use and works well on the go. I’ve never had any issues with the app since I’ve began using it. Interface is clean and easy to navigate.
Sales roles
Helpful to use as a salesperson on the road - I’ve set up one of my dashboards to use for the mobile app when I’m visiting customers and works well.
Great App
Super easy to click through and can’t wait for more improvements!
Useless App
The product managers behind this app need to look at the competition from Harvest and FreshBooks.
It is almost impossible to actually track my hours using this app.
