After signing in initially, I now am stuck on a continuous loop of the app crashing when trying to access it. Right now it’s completely unusable.
Ive tried 8 times to uninstall And reinstall and It keeps crashing. I missed todays Market hours to put an important trade through….wonderful app really bravo. Pershing is a huge company and bank of New York Mellon…you would think they would come out with a better app and trading platform as whole. Fidelity, TD and Schwab have better platforms hands down. Please Pershing hire a team of developers that know what they are doing…..you are going to lose clients if you can step it up and keep pace with todays tech. Also you need to improve the Client facing app as well.
How can a company with a market cap of $35 billion somehow have an app worse than the local smoothie shop down the road? Constantly reinstalling the app each time I need to use it - same complaint as many others and I’m using newest iOS and iphone 11.
The app is now constantly crashing, have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. New version is worse on iOs! Fix it!
This app feels like it was designed by a child in 2010. I absolutely avoid using this app for anything other than mobile check deposit.
Just installed the app in order to start using it. I am already an authorized user with access to the desktop version. But your log in screen indicates my password expired, yet only allows for passwords that are 8-digits. My original password has been 9-digits or more for years, so it will not even accept the current one. After updating a “new” password to a 8-digit one, it does not allow you to move forward. Recent update states you made improvements to your password requirements screen. Well, it’s not working.
This app needs to mirror the web desktop version. It doesn’t. Transfers are buggy. Account names don’t show correctly. Tech Support doesn’t handle the mobile app!!!!!! 8 phone calls to work out simple issues unresolved. Don’t trust this.
The text box for the password doesn't allow enough characters to enter my full password, so I can't even log in.
App will not open and is unusable. Next to impossible to report the errors as well.
