Still no apocrypha, so it’s incomplete for me. The Dwell app has it now, even with audio, so I’m praying this app gets it too. However, if you’re a Protestant or just don’t care about the full canon, this is an unparalleled Bible reading experience.
Changing chapters can be weird and the app freezes when I switch to another app and then return to neu bible. Otherwise i love the app.
This was working until the new changes - for months now it crashes after about 10 seconds, regardless of what I'm doing in the app. Using iPhone 14 Pro. This is still the best Bible app in my opinion. No social features, no hype, just a great app to reference scripture. Hope the bugs get fixed.
I still love it and it’s my Bible app of choice but I can only give 3 stars as the ability to share multiple verses by tapping and dragging to select no longer works. It seems an unfortunate update came along and now I can only copy single verses at a time. Massive L.
Amazing app for quite a while till some random update(that was released at some point in 2023) that messed up this app on the iPad and Mac. Please fix and I’ll give this app a 5 star easily!
App worked fine until mid-late 2023. First update to the app I’m 4 years… No new features were introduced other than bugs that haven’t been resolved in months. Impossible to use the app now and read my Bible now.
I just wish it was more accessible like I work 3 jobs and don’t have much time. I was hoping there would be a feature that reads the word of god. While I’m working. I wouldn’t even care if it was super robotic sounding. That way I can still do my job and listen. That being said I do love the app it is fast as said
I love this Bible app, but the last update really broke the app layout on iPad when using Stage Manager. The last update was supposed to modernize the app for new OS versions but the old App worked better on modern iPadOS. I still love the app and will still rate it 5 stars any day, but we need a fix so it plays nice with Stage Manager!
So glad to see movement in the right direction for this app. It’s such a great app for sitting down and reading the Bible.
This app used to be great. It didn’t need to do a lot, and the few things it did, it did brilliantly. It was simple, elegant, and always worked great. Starting with the most recent updates in late fall of 2023, there’s suddenly a rash of new bugs and problems that in my years of use had never been there. For the few dollars I paid for this app when I first downloaded it years ago, it was everything I wanted it to be. Now, though, it looks like it’s time to find a replacement. Thanks for the great years!
