I found this to be an excellent way to help the new student or resident to have a great template. Very useful tool. Thank you for making this a free application.
Description
Neurosurgery Dictations is an easy to use app to create a surgery operative report template with variables to streamline dictations. Email yourself the report, then copy it into your chart. Delete the email when you are done. It acts as a to do list!
