You can tell Brady has a wealth of experience building useful software solving mental health needs. The app is easy to use and get started on your journey. The UX feels welcoming, calming and comfortable. Its a safe space to validate my feelings and get the help I need. Highly recommend to anyone struggling with addictive behaviors like me.
I haven’t used that many apps like this but I have used a couple. One thing I didn’t like about one of the others was that in tracking habits it kept resetting your progress if you wavered. That’s not how this app works. The AI aspect always has uplifting suggestions and support to help you reach your goals. New meditations keep being added. Journaling is simple. And while data support across devices is not yet supported (maybe a data security aspect), I find it easy enough to copy and paste in a note from my iPad to my phone, so my journaling can be available to me to review as needed. I see this app as being something I will use to reach many of my goals and manage my habits.
Finally a digestible, simple, ai-infused app to help me better myself in healthy manageable ways.
