Got charged money for a free trial but was unable to use the app
I activated my trial version but got charged a weekly fee anyways. This wouldn’t be a problem if I could use the app. Despite paying for it, the app froze and sent me back to the payment option trying to charging me once more. This carried multiple times until I gave up. So, I paid and couldn’t use the product I paid for (even thought it was supposed to be a free trial). I emailed the company asking for a refund. Until it is received, I’ll leave it one star as it is unacceptable.
