It would of been perfect 5 star if the app would be able to get back my purchases back because I tried and I didn’t get my RainbowKey board plus ever again

So I was customizing a keyboard and when I tap an effect,it kicks me out of the app. The same thing happens when I tap sounds
There is a problem
I think there is a problem with the app because I try to make my avatar at the boys avatar place but it keep on saying that it is unable to recognize my face and when I try it on my sister at the girls, it works so I hope this gets fixed. Please fix it if you want on more star. BTW I really love rainbowkey.

Network error?!
When I want to watch an ad to unlock a keyboard, it will say 'Network error: Please check your network and try again.' Even though I have WiFi.
