NEW Forma Gym

I find the classes listed to be educational in mind, body and spirit for all ages. And instructors are very helpful, kind and friendly.

Thanks Forma Gym for having these classes. I hope you have them again as unfortunately I can not make this Sunday.

Excellent teachers and clean and always working equipment. Most of all, the members are friendly and supportive. I travel all the way from Oakland to work out at Forma.

This is a great gym. The owners are are exceptionally committed to the well being of their members. There is consistent introduction of new, updated equipment. They kept the gym open during Covid - by modifying the use of outdoor parking areas. Staff is very personable - and the front desk is attentive and polite. There are always a few employees running around - making sure everything is clean. Finally, it feels like a community.

I like the classes and the fact that cleanliness is a high priority at Forma. I always complement the women who clean the locker room so thoroughly. I hope they are well compensated. Now for what I miss. I greatly miss having outdoor group exercise programs. It was wonderful to be out in the fresh air. Covid is still around and it always felt safer to be outdoors.
