The new update causes it to freeze when trying to view individual account details. Have to keep completely closing the app (swiping up on Home Screen) and then retrying it till it works.

Use to love this app, but now I have tried using it and it keeps giving me “error” access denied. What can I do?

There’s not even a sign up option available, so I can’t even create an account.

Every time I try to log on it gives me an error. So I can only do my banking online.

It won’t let me deposit checks it’s always gives me a error. this is ridiculous need to be fixed,had this same problem with the last app.thought this new one would have fixed it nope

The new app is great! I can do so much more in it. Bill pay is easy from my phone. And finally I can deposit checks from this app instead of having a second app. Thanks, NOFFCU!

Doesn’t include bill pay! NOFFCU took it off the website with the update and out of the mobile version. How are we to pay bills electronically like we’ve done for over a decade with NOFFCU?

Thank you NOFFCU for the update to our app and online banking platform. I absolutely love having one login and being able to see all of the accounts that I am on in one place. This update has made my home banking experience so much easier!

Can the app be updated to show when loan (car), credit card payments are late and the amount?
