Needs a lot of improvement
They take forever to update the app every year. The festival is a month away and they still haven’t put the new food booths on there. Most importantly, for some reason they took away the music schedule part of the app which is one of the main reasons people would use it. Now you have to go to the cubes and you can only see one stage at a time rather than being able to see and compare times of all the acts at other stages. You also can’t create your own schedule lime you could before. I hope they decide to remedy this in the future. Every other festival app has a feature to see multiple times at once.
Good idea. Bad execution.
In there great idea. A lot of good info. BUT I wasn’t able to use it during the later part of the day (when I really needed it) because it constantly froze!!!!

Can't enter username and password. What's the point?
Relies on overloaded network connectivity
Great festival, disappointing app. This app is next to useless without network connectivity - as should be expected for any mass gathering of people. no map, no details about shows and no details about the shuttle back to the hotel. All this stuff worked when I had bandwidth.
Great Guide!
This is a terrific festival app. Everything I need is at my fingertips. I love having the schedule of my music choices and the reminders, and the ability to “favorite” my food vendor preferences. Before getting the app, I always had a hard time figuring out where I wanted to go next.
