NST ePaper app cannot open in IPad and IPhone. iOS 17

Can’t access to e paper

Please assist me to access my NST e paper. When I click to e paper icon the e paper page doesn’t appear at all.

Very poor app

There is no feedback / customer service / FAQ section in the app for subscribers to find support. The app also doesn’t allow subscribers to download the ePaper to iBook / in PDF format for the ease of reading.

Outdated UI, noob app, do something

The app UI is so outdated. Not intuitive. Not interesting AT ALL. Overall, sooo not 2020. Create a much more fluid app, much more interesting UI. Put some clickable interactive in it. Dissapointed by the start screen, seems like app for nokia phone. Shift to an iPhone level of app please. People PAID for this u know

Support for iOS 13

Hi, love the app. Nothing much to complaint for the overall features. But since I updated to iOS 13 for my Ipad, I cannot view the whole edition properly. The screen becomes white and the apps will hang. Please check and rectify as soon as possible. Thanks

App does not launch

The apps doesn't launch properly. I paid for subscription but can't even get the apps to launch. Big disappointment!!

I can't even read a single page, even with the new updates......extremely disappointing, please do something because I'm really wasting my money
