Ive always like to read NST to improve my english. My favourite part is the opinion section. However, lately it has been lagging. The essay does not come out properly as it does not finish. Please help

The app keeps crashing when reading halfway. What needs to be improved is the back arrow that should follow when we are reading. I always need to scroll back up to go back to the main screen. Where is the fonts size settings?

Your app is horrible. It lags, freezes and crashes. Fix the problem! The layout suits reading from a laptop. On a phone, it looks cluttered and cumbersome.

App is unstable. Duplicate articles. Link to articles sends you to another one. Return arrow very fiddly, most of the time just zoom the picture. Tried to send email to support, got a delivery failure notification: email adress not found.

App frequently crashes.

I wonder if you could make one section for downloading new and audio or podcast like one in TedTalk apps. I think it might help a lot of students in their speaking, reading and pronunciation perfectly.

Every since I updated to iOS 13.5, my phone heats up every single time i use this app. It also drains the battery pretty fast. I do not have this problem using other app or playing games.
