Зависла игра на одном фоне. Что только не делала, все равно возвращает на этот фон и невозможно даже ничего нажать

Я качала эту игру много раз но всегда я строила выходила или вылетала из неё и я потом опять захожу и весь мой прогрес обнулялся . И теперь я не могу построить сниговика и на складе лежит 3 снега. Пожалуста почените этот баг!!!

Играю в игру, вышла на пару мин, телеф потух, возвращаюсь, включаю заново игру и она лагает и тот прогрес не сохранился.так же каждый раз когда выключаю игру, фигня

Please fix the crashing. And turn the kids back to kids! They’re creepy teens now. At this age they’ve outgrown Santa
Lousy since the last big update
Sent multiple emails explaining the problems…..no response or new updates to fix the numerous glitches. This game has become a piece of c#*p.
Harvest
I cannot plant plastic or iron or licorice. Also I cannot harvest electricity
Items missing
I have been playing this game since last year. With the recent update I lost plantable items like iron and anything beyond that. I even erased and renown loaded hoping a new game would bring those items back. It did not. I can’t play a game that does not provide the items needed to produce things for orders. I have sent emails asking for help but do not get a response.
