They always seem to have the latest before! They are always the FIRST to get the news out of carnage and the mayhem of NYC!

The new format is lousy. Go back to the newspaper format please.

Fix the glitches! I liked the old format much better; you need to bring it back! Where are my beloved comic strips? Fix it or give me a refund! Not happy!

Months before launching this new app I started to have daily problems loading issues. When I decided to uninstall the old app it was no longer available for reinstallation. I still had four months left in my subscription. Yet there was no option to transfer the old subscription to the new app. I will never use the app again. You stole my money.

Don't bother wasting your time. I was a huge fan of the old app, had a subscription for years. When they changed the app I decided to a month free subscription to check it out. It keeps asking me to subscribe (even though I have) and it doesn't give me access to anything. Whomever @ NYDN decided to switch to this app should be fired. Don't waste a second of your time downloading it.

What in the world is going on the Daily News and their apps? I have two different versions that I paid for, and neither of them work! I’ve been logging in and out all I’m getting is a black screen on one. The other gives me a screen asking me to subscribe??? I already did twice!!! the old version was excellent and gave you a download of the actual paper, no all I download is frustration. Please refund me my money as I am sick and tired of trying to reach your non-customer service.

I have been a subscriber through iTunes since iPads first hit the market. I have not been able to see any newspapers since the second week of September 2024. I have tried and failed to get a response from NYDN. No one has been able to help me. My only recourse from Apple is to cancel my subscription. My subscription ends in April. No refund available for the remaining six months of my current subscription. It was great to keep abreast of the news while traveling. But, I won’t be subscribing again.

I used to be able to read the Daily News and newspaper format not any longer. I don’t know what’s today’s news what’s old news? It’s very misleading. I don’t even want this anymore.

Please cover ALL the news, play it even, as the forefathers intended with freedom of the press. I want to read about both sides. Huge stories these last few days and you haven’t even reported them. It’s so difficult to find a media outlet that’s covers all the news. I want to learn both sides of an issue, I want to be informed.
