Trying to use your login and password from the keychain almost never work, no text gets entered. It doesn’t recognize the code texted to you and offer to fill it in. Trying to get policy details often returns an unexpected error. First impressions are terrible and my wife is an agent for multiple years.

I’ve been waiting for this app a long time now and it finally works to perfection! It has made my life much easier

this app need to make it easier to upload documents because sometimes i don’t have the time to call. i’ve ever only found it once and can never find it again

I’m happy there’s a new New York Life Insurance app makes it a lot easier for me.

There’s an issue with the login procedure, where it doesn’t handle phone numbers without the country code correctly. It essentially tries to send a verification message to + (xxx) xxx-xxxx. The Passwort reset flow does handle this correctly and does not pretend the +. Due to this, it’s impossible to log into the account, here or on the website.

It’s getting better and better every month with advancements which is great. Great company and happy for this app. It’s so convenient
